Rule changes

2024
  • Switched league platform from ESPN to Sleeper.
  • Removed Playoff Home Field Advantage Bonus.
  • Introduced a 1-round offline Rookie Draft. Rookie becomes your 3rd keeper.
  • Rookie draft order is determined by Consolation Bracket standings. Rookie keeper cost ranges from $13 to $2 based on draft position.
  • Removed all bonus draft dollars tied to previous season standings.
  • Removed $10 bonuses for Elimination Challenge and Pigskin Pick'em winners.
  • Draft date is now flexible and will be announced annually.
  • Main draft clarified to include 18 total rounds, 17 players + 1 rookie keeper.
  • Tiebreakers. If any playoff matchups end with a tie score, the winner is automatically the higher seed.
2023
  • Removed 40+ yard TD bonuses for pass, rush, rec. 50+ yard TD bonus set to +2 points.
  • Added 300+ and 400+ yard passing bonuses. These stack.
  • Added 100+ and 200+ yard rush and rec bonuses. These stack.
2022
  • Reception points increased from 0.5 to 1.0 PPR.
  • League fees increased from $80 to $100.
  • IR slots reduced from 2 to 1. Bench slots increased from 8 to 9.
  • Temporary keeper count reduced to 2.
2021
  • IR slots reduced from 4 to 2. Bench slots reduced from 10 to 8.
2020
  • Trade reviews removed. Trades process immediately.
  • Only lost fumbles are penalized at −3.
  • INT penalty increased to −3 points.
  • Re-added 50+ and 40+ yard TD bonuses.

League fees

  • $100 per team per season.
  • $20 franchise fee for new owners.
  • All fees are due on or before draft day.

Division settings

Teams are divided into 3 divisions. Gold, Silver, Bronze.

  • Top 2 teams in Silver and Bronze are promoted.
  • Bottom 2 teams in Gold and Silver are relegated.
  • Top 2 in Gold and bottom 2 in Bronze remain in place.

Keeper rules

  • Each team may keep up to 3 players, including 1 rookie keeper.
  • Players may be kept indefinitely if they fit under the draft budget.
  • Keeper cost increases exponentially based on years kept.

  • Free agent keeper value is determined by FAAB cost. See FAAB conversion below.
  • Keeper values carry when players are traded or dropped.
  • All keeper selections are due 1 week before the draft.

Draft settings

Main draft

  • Auction draft. $250 budget.
  • Nomination. 30 seconds. Bidding. 10 seconds.
  • Draft continues until all teams reach 18 players.
  • Owners not present will be autodrafted. This is discouraged because Sleeper values can skew the auction.

Rookie draft

  • 1 round offline rookie draft held before the auction.
  • Rookie becomes your 3rd keeper. Value is deducted from auction budget.
  • Draft order is based on prior season finish.

Schedule and playoffs

Waivers

  • Waiver type. FAAB bidding
  • Waiver budget. $100
  • Minimum bid. $0
  • Waiver processing.
    • Players who have played in a game are locked and placed on waivers until Wednesday at 1:00 AM MDT.
    • Players dropped by a team go on waivers for 2 days before they can be bid on.
  • FAAB tiebreaker. If two or more teams submit the same bid, the tiebreak is waiver priority using a rolling order system.
    • Waiver priority starts based on draft order.
    • The team with the first overall pick has the lowest priority. The team with the last pick has the highest.
    • If you win a claim, your team moves to the end of the waiver list. All other teams move up one spot.
    • Signing free agents outside of waivers does not change your priority.
    • The current waiver priority appears in league standings. The commissioner may adjust if needed.

Quality owner clause

If an owner is inactive for 3 consecutive weeks with no contact and no lineup changes, they may be replaced at the commissioner's discretion. Throwing games intentionally is not tolerated. You may appoint a proxy if you expect to be out.
